Dear Andrew,

In case you ever wonder why there are so many more pictures of your sisters than there are of you...You make a grump face when you see the camera. I try to sneak pictures of you but that doesn't always work. However, you do occasionally enjoy having your picture taken with things like lizards, statues of giant elephants, big clumps of seaweed, etc.

We went to Genghis Grill with our friends TJ and Reina and the kids and then came home to have cake and play facebook poker because that's what I really wanted to do. haha, I'm such a party animal, growl!!

The big hat Mother's Day

For Mother's Day, Ron decided to take us all to the Country Club where the theme was "wear a hat". Ron took the kids to Disco Display House and let them choose what they wanted so they ended up leaving with a huge 10 gallon hat, a lobster hat, a fish hat, an engineer hat and some sort of flapper deal. It was sprung on me on Mother's Day morning that I had to wear one of these hats in public. I let Megan choose my outfit and she even choose all the lovely necklaces for the ladies. The hosts declared us the winners of hat day and granted us a prize of dinner for two at the restaurant and a couple of boxes of chocolate. We won but it was only because we were the weird family that played along!! Oh well, it was fun.
