Soccer Trophy

AYSO Soccer season comes to an end with homemade chocolate chip cookies, fudgesicles and a trophy.

Emily is a growin

Our little Emily at 22 months old.  She screams at her brother and sister when things don't go her way.  She makes her own bowl of cereal by dumping half the box onto a plate.  When you play "I'm gonna get you" with her, she charges instead of running away.  If you put a sticker on her, she will wear it proudly all day.  She bites Megan.  She like purses, hats and backpacks.  She loves to hang out with her Nana.  She gets excited when it's time to go swimming.  She likes to go "bye-bye" and it doesn't matter where.  She loves to talk on the phone (real and pretend) with her Granny.  She likes chocolate milk in a bottle.  If you put regular milk in a cup and try to give it to her she'll say no, stomp her feet and wave it away so I'll say OK and put it away and then she'll suddenly change her mind.  She likes to ride bikes.  She likes dolls, trucks and shoes.  She spends most of her time playing with Megan who adores her.  She thinks the color red is called Elmo.  She has a strong and persistant personality and I think she will grow up letting everyone know just want she thinks!!

Take me out to the ballgame

Baseball, good friends and the concession stand.  The kids are constantly asking if they can get something from the concession stand.  This year, Andrew and some of his friends figured out that they can earn slushies and candy by filling up bags of trash.  It was funny to watch the group of boys work together to figure out what was the least amount of trash they had to gather in order to all get something.  They spent more time arguing then filling the bag.
